Fees & Payments

• Classes are term-based. Each class runs for 1.5 hours at $32 per class.
• Full term fees must be paid before the start of the term.
• Payments are accepted via Direct Debit (DD) only.
• Enrolments are confirmed once payment is received.

Pro-Rata Fees

• Pro-rata fees may apply for students joining partway through a term.

Public Holidays

• No classes will run on recognised public holidays.
• Fees will be adjusted, or a make-up class may be offered if this affects your child’s schedule.

Make-Up Classes

• Make-up classes may be available if a session is missed, subject to space in other classes.
• 24 hours’ notice is required to request a make-up class.
• Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged.

Refunds & Transfers

• Fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.
• Unused classes or fees cannot be carried forward to the next term or transferred to another student.

General

• My Social Being may reschedule classes, merge small groups, or adjust to ensure quality delivery.
• Parents/guardians will be informed in advance of any changes.
